“Product Revision” pertains to a request made by the Customer for modifying the final version of the Product, in line with the original specifications of the Order.
“Support Team” or “Support” designate the organizational division within the Company accountable for managing and aiding with Orders and Writing/Editing/Proofreading Services.
“Expert” refers to an individual contracted by the Company as an independent freelancer who offers Writing/Editing/Proofreading Services to the Customer, adhering to the stipulations outlined in the Company Agreement.
“Balance” designates the individual account of the Customer within the Company that stores Credits for the Customer. Funds are added to their personal balance voluntarily to further compensate the price of the Order(s) at their own discretion.

Customer’s Obligations
